German or English into Finnish translators wanted  
Lingo ApS is a Copenhagen-based translating agency, which is in need of native Finnish freelance translators.

English or German into Finnish (native Finnnish translator)
We are in need of additional freelance translators for larger projects and also for the regular projects Lingo receives from day to day.
The job is part-time but you have to be available a minimum of 12 hours per week.
You can work from anywhere; you just need a computer and a stable internet connection of at least 2 Mbit/s.

An ideal candidate for the job would either be an exchange student or a student of languages in the above language combination.

You must have experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
You will also benefit from having experience with some of these programs:
Adobe FrameMaker
Quark XPress
Adobe InDesign
Quadralay ePublisher
Trados / Wordfast / Logoport

We primarily translate these types of documents:
Books: Cooking / Travel / Self Development
Photocopy systems: manuals / marketing
Video editing: software / manuals / marketing

We are in need of: 2-4 translators

The job is well-paid for a student, but anyone who enjoys doing translation work can apply. We expect you to be conscientious and accurate in your translations, and always striving to meet a deadline. You feel comfortable with computers and you are well-versed in the computer terminology as most of our large clients are companies who are developing software and publishing houses of specialist literature.
